Tim Crosbie ICD.D
Tim Crosbie, President for Royal Lepage Property Consultants Limited since 1991, has 31 years of experience in real estate. Prior to real estate, Tim had many years of experience in construction and related industries. Tim's strong sense of community is reflected in his attitude toward his family and career. He is Past President of the St. John's Real Estate Board, Past President of the Newfoundland Real Estate Association and Past President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Realtors. Tim has also been active in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), having served as Atlantic Regional Director on the CREA'S national board and member of CREA'S MLS Committee. He is very active in the community and is currently also serving on: Crosbie Group Limited – Director (1991-present); Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Community Foundation (2020-present; Founding Chairperson Established 2020); Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) (2021-present).
Tim has served on many local and provincial boards in various capacities; supporting the Newfoundland and Labrador Figure Skating Association and Skate Canada, serving as 2nd Vice-Chair of Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador; Canadian Home Builder’s Association of NL (2017-2021 Board Member & President 2020-2021); Canadian Real Estate Association Committee Member-Broker Council (2019-2020); East Coast Trail Association (Vice-President-Revenue & Membership 1997-2001); Newfoundland Cancer Foundation (Chairperson-Bliss Murphy Capital Fundraising Campaign 1995-1998); Junior Achievement (Economics of Staying in School – Business Course 1994-1995); Crime Stoppers Newfoundland & Labrador (Board Member 1993-2001).
