Adam’s Cove Fire Recovery Fund
On May 7, 2025, the Town of Small Point-Broad Cove-Blackhead-Adam’s Cove experienced the worst fire in its history. At least 11 houses were destroyed, and multiple communities had to be evacuated. Evacuation orders have been lifted, and residents and community members are now working to pick up the pieces.
On the front lines were members of the North Shore Volunteer Fire Department. Like many volunteer fire departments across the province, securing the necessary resources for safe and effective response remains a constant challenge. As the Town and communities work together to recover and rebuild from this disaster, they are committed to ensuring those vital resources are in place.
Your generosity ensures that the community will have the necessary equipment to keep residents and homes safe.
