CFNL works on the territories of many Indigenous communities: Ktaqmkuk (also known as the island of Newfoundland), the unceded and traditional territory of the Beothuk and Mi'kmaq and Labrador, the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Innu of Nitassinan, the Inuit of Nunatsiavut and the Inuit of NunatuKavut.
